
Test your taste buds with four wines from around the world. We obviously can’t tell you too much about them, and that’s the fun of it all. J will lead you through the structured approach to tasting Sommeliers use for each wine. We’ll cover:
- Appearance: color & clarity
- Primary, secondary & tertiary aromas
- Structure: body, acidity, tannins, alcohol
- Primary, secondary & tertiary flavors
- Overall quality of each wine
We’ll all compare notes with each other to see what we smell, taste, and think about the quality of each wine. Bonus points if you can guess the varietal and region.
